[摘 要] 某分布式能源站新建化學水處理系統(tǒng),控制系統(tǒng)采用和利時MACS V650系統(tǒng),主要介紹了和利時MACS V650系統(tǒng)特點、硬件設計、軟件功能等,并針對DCS在調試應用過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出邏輯優(yōu)化和解決方案。

Application of DCS in Chemical Water Treatment System of Distributed Energy Station

[Abstract]A new chemical water treatment system is built in a distributed energy station, and the control system adopts Hollysys Macs V650 system. This paper introduces the characteristics of Hollysys Macs V650 system, mainly including the hardware design and software functions of Hollysys Macs V6 control system, and puts forward logic optimization and solutions to the problems in the commissioning and application of DCS.

某分布式能源站新建2×40 MW級燃氣-蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)機組,在工程建設階段,經過收資、論證和進行可行性分析與方案比較,從設計開始把化學水處理系統(tǒng)納入全廠的DCS控制,代替電廠傳統(tǒng)使用的PLC控制,實現(xiàn)其與聯(lián)合循環(huán)機組一起在全廠集控室進行集中監(jiān)控,提高自動化水平。(剩余3464字)
