極端環(huán)境固氮微生物研究進(jìn)展

摘要:生物固氮是整個(gè)地球氮素循環(huán)中的重要環(huán)節(jié),是極端環(huán)境初始生產(chǎn)力的主要來源,對(duì)全球生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響巨大,長期以來備受國際關(guān)注。本研究對(duì)近年來有關(guān)海洋(包括深海)、南北極地、高山、高原、冰川等極端環(huán)境固氮微生物及其作用研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了簡要綜述,同時(shí)就今后相關(guān)研究方向提出一些設(shè)想與展望。

Research progress on nitrogen-fixing microorganisms in extreme environments

Abstract:Biological nitrogen fixation is an important part of the entire planet’s nitrogen cycle, and is the main source of initial productivity in the extreme environment. It has a great impact on the global ecosystem and has been a hot spot of international concern for a long time. This article briefly reviewed recent research progress on nitrogen-fixing microorganisms and their effects in extreme environments such as oceans(including deep seas), north and south poles, mountains, plateaus, glaciers and so on, and some ideas and prospects for future research directions were put forward.
