屏蔽廠房屋頂錐形屋面主梁埋弧焊焊縫缺陷淺析

摘要: 主要研究某核電機(jī)組屏蔽廠房屋頂錐形屋面徑向主梁埋弧焊拼接過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的缺陷,從人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)等方面開(kāi)展根本原因分析,并結(jié)合模擬試驗(yàn),找出缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因,提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,為后續(xù)錐形屋面的拼裝和焊接提供指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)。

Analysis of submerged arc weld defects of main beam of conical roof of shielded plant

Abstract: Defects in the process of submerged arc welding and splicing of the radial main girder of conical roof of a nuclear power unit shielded workshop were mainly studied. Root causes from aspects of man, machine, material, method and ring were analyzed. And combined with simulation test, causes of the defects were found out, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward to provide guidance for the subsequent assembly and welding of conical roof.

按照J(rèn)GJ 81—2002《建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接技術(shù)規(guī)程》,鋼板厚度30 mm≤t≤80 mm屬于較難焊接的,厚鋼板焊接時(shí),往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)熱裂紋(主要是凝固裂紋)[1]、冷裂紋(包括延遲裂紋)[2-4]。(剩余4654字)
