The rapid development of urban intelligence and artificial intelligence has promoted the all-round development of urban design， and made it refined and humanized. Taking Wujiaochang Square as an example， based on the analysis of the present situation of Wujiaochang Square's public space， from the angle of refined urban design and management， some suggestions are put forward to improve Wujiaochang Square's public space management， promote the all-round sustainable development of the city， and build an outstanding global city and a socialist modernized international metropolis.
