高速公路橋梁局部拆除頂升拼接施工技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

摘 要: 為解決傳統(tǒng)橋梁快速拆除重建施工方法存在的施工效率低、工序繁雜、造成交通中斷等問(wèn)題,依托某高速公路橋梁實(shí)體工程,開(kāi)展了橋梁局部拆除頂升拼接施工技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究,詳細(xì)介紹了施工工藝流程及各環(huán)節(jié)關(guān)鍵施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn),形成了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化施工方案,可為同類工程提供借鑒與指導(dǎo)。

Research on the Application of Jacking and Splicing Construction Technology for Partial Demolition of Highway Bridges

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low construction efficiency, complex procedures, and traffic interruption in traditional bridge rapid demolition and reconstruction construction methods, the article relies on a certain highway bridge physical engineering to carry out research on the application of jacking and splicing construction technology for partial demolition of expressway bridge. The construction process and key construction technology points in each link are introduced in detail, forming a standardized construction plan, which can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.

橋梁局部拆除頂升拼接施工技術(shù)是一種橋梁快速更換搶修的新技術(shù),該技術(shù)通過(guò)拆除橋梁損害較嚴(yán)重的部分,然后利用頂升設(shè)備將更換的梁板進(jìn)行抬升,與未拆除的原梁板進(jìn)行拼接,以實(shí)現(xiàn)在不影響交通正常運(yùn)行的情況下,完成破損橋梁的快速修復(fù)。(剩余5097字)
