稻米鎘污染及防控對(duì)策
摘 要:稻米鎘超標(biāo)現(xiàn)象仍在我國(guó)一定范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生,鎘污染治理是當(dāng)前和今后一段時(shí)期農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全工作的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。從鎘元素的理化特性及毒性、稻米鎘來(lái)源及分布出發(fā),分析了物理降鎘、化學(xué)降鎘、生物降鎘等治理方法,提出了稻米降鎘相關(guān)對(duì)策建議,為稻米鎘污染防控提供參考依據(jù)。

Cadmium Pollution in Rice and its Prevention and Control Countermeasures

Abstract: The phenomenon of excessive cadmium in rice still occurs in a certain range in China. The control of cadmium pollution is the key and difficult point in the current and future agricultural product quality safety work. Based on the physicochemical properties and toxicity of cadmium, the source and distribution of cadmium in rice, the control methods of physical cadmium reduction, chemical cadmium reduction and biological cadmium reduction were analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the prevention and control of cadmium pollution in rice.

2013年5月,廣東省在對(duì)市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售大米抽檢時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)自湖南省攸縣等地的多個(gè)批次大米鎘超標(biāo)[1],由此引發(fā)了“鎘大米”事件。(剩余7698字)
