——西安市幸福林帶區(qū)域城市更新設(shè)計(jì)研究

摘 要

幸福林帶是西安重要的綠化通廊，也是區(qū)域發(fā)展的核心，要利用城市更新的歷史發(fā)展契機(jī)，對(duì)所在區(qū)域特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究，提出城市更新策略。該研究結(jié)合幸福林帶規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，提出區(qū)域城市更新設(shè)計(jì)理論及方法。最后指出， 幸福林帶的更新規(guī)劃，只有堅(jiān)持生態(tài)化、可持續(xù)、立體性的發(fā)展體系，區(qū)域發(fā)展才能永葆活力，不斷前進(jìn)。

Abstract

The Happiness Forest Belt is an important green corridor in Xi’an and also the core of regional development. By taking advantages of the historical development opportunity of urban renewal， this paper studies the characteristics of the region and proposes strategies for urban renewal. Combined with the planning and design of the Happy Forest Belt， this paper proposes the theory and method of regional urban renewal design， so it can be regarded as a reference in terms of significance. Finally， it is pointed out that only by adhering to the ecological， sustainable， and three-dimensional development system， can the renewal planning of the Happiness Forest Belt maintain its vitality and continuously progress in regional development.

幸福林帶位于西安市城東，距明城墻約2.2 公里，具體位置是東二環(huán)以東，浐河以西，隴海鐵路以南，新興路以北，總長(zhǎng)約6 公里，是城市東西主軸線的延伸和多個(gè)板塊的交匯處，南鄰曲江，北接浐灞，是城東核心生態(tài)區(qū)。（剩余13392字）
