“奧爐+電爐”環(huán)境集煙系統(tǒng)的工程應(yīng)用

〔摘 要〕以某“奧爐+電爐”銅冶煉工程為例,分析了銅冶煉項(xiàng)目主要產(chǎn)生煙塵逸散的節(jié)點(diǎn)及其排煙量,從環(huán)集煙氣系統(tǒng)的工藝流程、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、風(fēng)量計(jì)算、設(shè)備選型,以及工藝管道碰撞問題的解決等角度詳細(xì)論述了銅冶煉項(xiàng)目環(huán)境集煙系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)該項(xiàng)目環(huán)境集煙系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效果,提出了環(huán)集系統(tǒng)未來改進(jìn)優(yōu)化的建議。

Abstract  Taking a certain “Ausmelt furnace + electric furnace” copper smelting project as an example, this paper analyzes the main places that generate the gas and dust and their gas exhaust quantities in the copper smelting project. The design of the fugitive gas collecting system in the copper smelting project are discussed in detail from the perspectives of the process flow, system configuration, calculation of air quantity, equipment selection, and the solution of process pipeline collision issues. According to the operating effect of the fugitive gas collecting system in this project, suggestions for future improvement and optimization of the fugitive gas collecting system are proposed in the paper.
