利用閃速熔煉工藝處理電子廢棄物的技術(shù)探討

〔摘 要〕介紹了合理處置和回收電子廢棄物的重要性,為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電子廢棄物這類寶貴的二次資源的綠色處理和高效回收,提出了一種新型的電子廢棄物閃速熔煉工藝。介紹了該工藝運(yùn)輸與配料、閃速冶煉與還原、熔煉煙氣處理等工藝流程,并針對(duì)熔池側(cè)吹、渣中鐵氧化物的還原控制、二次燃燒、渣型選擇等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了探討。

Abstract The paper introduces the importance of reasonable disposal and recovery of electronic waste. A new flash smelting process for electronic waste is proposed to achieve environmental treatment and high-efficiency recovery of valuable secondary resources of electronic waste. The paper puts forward the process flow of transportation and blending, flash smelting and reduction, and smelting off-gas treatment, and makes a discussion of key technologies such as molten bath side blowing, reduction of iron oxides in slag, secondary combustion, and slag selection.
