介電監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)在樹脂基纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料固化中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要 本文闡述了介電監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)在樹脂基纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的固化過程中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。簡(jiǎn)述了介電監(jiān)測(cè)的基本原理和特點(diǎn)。研究了樹脂基體固化歷程與介電常數(shù)的關(guān)系以及不同溫度條件下介電性能的變化規(guī)律。并且對(duì)不同樹脂基體的復(fù)合材料介電性能進(jìn)行了比較。對(duì)介電在線監(jiān)測(cè)在復(fù)合材料制品固化監(jiān)測(cè)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究。

ABSTRACT Application of dielectric measurements on fiber reinforced resin composites curing was researched in the paper. The basic principle and characteristic of the dielectric moniting was summarized. The relationship between the resin cure and dielectric characteristics and the change rule dielectric characteristics was studied under different temperature. The dielectric characteristics with different fiber reinforced resin composites were compared. The cure of the fiber reinforced resin based composites products was researched by dielectric on line measurements
