摘要：本文從可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)的五個(gè)切入點(diǎn)：水質(zhì)永續(xù)、環(huán)境友好、資源循環(huán)、能量自給、公眾參與，闡述了整體思維下的可持續(xù)建筑景觀一體化設(shè)計(jì)，讓環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施全方位的融入人居生態(tài)環(huán)境，成為未來可以全面推廣的示范樣本。

Abstract： This paper explores five aspects of sustainable design—water quality sustainability， environmental friendliness， resource recycling， energy self-sufficiency， and public participation. It discusses how integrated sustainable architectural and landscape design， guided by holistic thinking， can comprehensively incorporate environmental infrastructure into the human living ecosystem， serving as an example for future widespread implementation.

一．源起與背景

早在2013年，為了應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化，資源稀缺，打造滿足可持續(xù)人居環(huán)境需求的污水處理基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，曲久輝老師召集并建立了中國(guó)城市污水處理概念廠專家委員會(huì)，提出“建設(shè)面向未來的中國(guó)城市污水處理概念廠”的構(gòu)想，試圖尋求一種開創(chuàng)性的污水處理基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施模式，綜合實(shí)現(xiàn)“水質(zhì)永續(xù)，能量自給，資源循環(huán)，環(huán)境友好”這四個(gè)追求 。（剩余5504字）
