廣州市現代高端裝備產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展現狀與對策

摘要：介紹國際、廣東省和廣州市3個層面的現代高端裝備產業(yè)鏈相關綜合性政策和專項政策，從產業(yè)分布、產業(yè)特點、產業(yè)集聚等方面，分析廣州市現代高端裝備產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展現狀和存在的問題，針對性地提出適用于廣州市現代高端裝備產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的具體路徑及強鏈補鏈延鏈穩(wěn)鏈政策的建議。

Abstract： This paper introduces the comprehensive policies and special policies related to the modern high-end equipment industry chain at three levels： international， Guangdong Province， and Guangzhou City. Analyze the current development status and existing problems of the modern high-end equipment industry chain in Guangzhou City from the aspects of industry distribution， industry characteristics， and industry agglomeration. Propose specific paths and suggestions for strengthening， supplementing， extending， and stabilizing the modern high-end equipment industry chain in Guangzhou City.

0 引言

現代高端裝備產業(yè)是為國民經濟和國防建設提供各種高端技術裝備的產業(yè)，涵蓋了數控機床、智能裝備（包括工業(yè)機器人、增材制造設備、智能成套裝備、精密儀器儀表等細分領域）、船舶及海工裝備、航空航天及衛(wèi)星應用裝備等產業(yè)領域，是衡量國家制造業(yè)發(fā)展水平和整體經濟綜合競爭實力的重要標志[1]。（剩余10517字）
