食用菌中小型企業(yè)的發(fā)展困境及盈利能力提升策略
摘 要:針對食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)品單一、加工能力弱,生產(chǎn)成本高、創(chuàng)新能力差、融資困難,抗風險能力弱等問題分析了食用菌中小型企業(yè)發(fā)展遇到的困境,提出企業(yè)盈利的10種策略,以期為食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展提供借鑒。

Abstract:Thispaperaddressesthechallengesfacedbysmallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs)intheediblemushroomindustry,includingissuessuchasalimitedproductrange,weakprocessingcapabilities,highproductioncosts,poorinnovationcapacity,difficultiesinfinancing,andlowresiliencetorisks.Itanalyzesthesedevelopmentdilemmasandproposestenstrategiestoenhanceprofitability.Theaimistoprovidevaluableinsightsforthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentoftheediblemushroomindustry.
