摘要:細胞器除了具有各自特定的功能外,還可與其他細胞器相互作用完成重要的生理功能。細胞器之間相互作用的異常與疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。近年來,細胞器之間相互作用在非酒精性脂肪性肝?。∟AFLD)發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用受到關(guān)注,特別是線粒體、脂滴與其他細胞器之間的相互作用。

Abstract:In addition to its own specific functions, an organelle can also interact with other organelles to complete important physiological functions. The disorders of organelle interactions are closely associated the development and progression of various diseases. In recent years, the role of organelle interactions has attracted more attention in the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, especially the interactions between mitochondria, lipid droplets, and other organelles.
