原子吸收光譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品重金屬檢測中的運(yùn)用

摘 要:新時(shí)代,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全備受關(guān)注,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品重金屬檢測也提出更為嚴(yán)格的要求。科學(xué)技術(shù)日益發(fā)展,原子吸收光譜法逐漸運(yùn)用于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品重金屬檢測中。本研究重點(diǎn)分析原子吸收光譜法原理及運(yùn)用要點(diǎn),并以水稻、小麥、玉米鉛含量檢測為實(shí)踐,以此來更好地指導(dǎo)檢測工作。

Abstract: In the new era, the quality and safety of agricultural products have attracted much attention, and more stringent requirements have been put forward for the detection of heavy metals in agricultural products. With the development of science and technology, atomic absorption spectrometry is gradually used in the detection of heavy metals in agricultural products. This study focuses on the analysis of the principle and application points of atomic absorption spectrometry, and takes the detection of lead content in rice, wheat and corn as practice to better guide the detection work.
