寧夏人工影響天氣科技史發(fā)展回顧與展望
摘 要:本文從人工防雹科技、人工增雨科技2個方面綜述了寧夏人工影響天氣科技發(fā)展歷程,介紹了寧夏人工影響天氣科技工作取得的科研成果,分析了存在問題,并從聚焦關鍵核心技術攻關、重視開展野外科學試驗、加強人才和專業(yè)隊伍建設3個方面提出對策及建議,旨在為推動寧夏人工影響天氣工作發(fā)展提供借鑒參考。

Review and Prospect of the Development
of Artificial Weather Modification Technology in Ningxia

Abstract This paper summarizes the development process of artificial weather modification technology in Ningxia from two aspects: artificial hail suppression technology and artificial rain enhancement technology. It introduces the scientific research achievements of artificial weather modification technology in Ningxia, analyzes the existing problems and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: focusing on key core technology research, emphasizing field scientific experiments and strengthening talent and professional team construction. This paper intends to provide reference for promoting the development of weather modification work in Ningxia.
