廚余垃圾干式厭氧發(fā)酵與濕式厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)分析

摘要:厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)是我國(guó)解決廚余垃圾問題的重要技術(shù)手段。本文結(jié)合廚余垃圾厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)原理,對(duì)比干式厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)和濕式厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù),回顧厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)的發(fā)展,并結(jié)合廚余垃圾厭氧發(fā)酵工程案例,分析兩種廚余垃圾厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)存在的問題,這可為廚余垃圾厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)的選擇提供參考。

Abstract: Anaerobic fermentation technology is an important technical means in China to solve the problem of kitchen waste. Based on the principle of anaerobic fermentation technology for kitchen waste, this paper compares dry anaerobic fermentation technology and wet anaerobic fermentation technology, reviews the development of anaerobic fermentation technology, and analyzes the problems of the two anaerobic fermentation technologies for kitchen waste in combination with engineering cases, which can provide reference for the selection of anaerobic fermentation technology for kitchen waste.
