間接熱脫附過(guò)程質(zhì)量平衡研究

摘要:回轉(zhuǎn)式間接熱脫附是一種高效、快速的污染土壤熱修復(fù)技術(shù)。研究表明,加熱溫度為650 ℃,停留時(shí)間為40 min時(shí),污染土壤修復(fù)可以達(dá)標(biāo)。熱脫附期間,苯并[a]芘和石油烴在處置前后介質(zhì)中的質(zhì)量不平衡。經(jīng)分析,原因可能是苯并[a]芘和石油烴在處置過(guò)程中由于高溫發(fā)生裂解轉(zhuǎn)化。

Abstract: Rotary indirect thermal desorption is an efficient and fast thermal remediation technology for contaminated
soil. Research has shown that when the heating temperature is 650 ℃ and the residence time is 40 min, the remediation of contaminated soil can meet the standards. During thermal desorption, there is an imbalance in the mass of benzo [a] pyrene and petroleum hydrocarbons in the medium before and after disposal. After analysis, the reason may be that benzo [a] pyrene and petroleum hydrocarbons undergo pyrolysis and transformation due to high temperature during the disposal process.

熱脫附技術(shù)是通過(guò)直接或間接加熱,將污染土壤加熱至目標(biāo)污染物的沸點(diǎn)以上,通過(guò)控制系統(tǒng)溫度和物料停留時(shí)間有選擇地促使污染物氣化揮發(fā),達(dá)到目標(biāo)污染物與土壤顆粒分離、去除的目的[1]。(剩余2237字)
