急性心肌梗死相關(guān)心室電風(fēng)暴的研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】心室電風(fēng)暴是臨床急危重癥，多見于缺血性心臟病患者，尤其是心肌梗死急性期，常伴有血流動力學(xué)異常，具有較高的復(fù)發(fā)率和死亡率?，F(xiàn)回顧近年的臨床研究，對急性心肌梗死相關(guān)心室電風(fēng)暴的研究現(xiàn)狀予以綜述。

Research Status of Acute Myocardial Infarction Related Ventricular Electrical Storm

【Abstract】Ventricular electrical storm is a clinical emergency that is commonly seen in ischemic heart disease，especially in the acute phase of myocardial infarction.It is often accompanied by hemodynamic abnormalities，and has a high recurrence rate and mortality rate.This article reviews the recent clinical research and summarizes the research status on acute myocardial infarction related ventricular electrical storm.

心室電風(fēng)暴簡稱電風(fēng)暴（electrical storm，ES），定義為單形持續(xù)性或多形性室性心動過速（ventricular tachycardia，VT）或心室顫動（ventricular fibrillation，VF）在24 h內(nèi)發(fā)作3次或以上，甚至持續(xù)發(fā)作的臨床狀態(tài)，或植入植入型心律轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)除顫器（implantable cardioverter defibrillator，ICD）在24 h內(nèi)進(jìn)行3次或以上適當(dāng)?shù)姆烹娀蚩剐膭舆^速起搏治療［1］。（剩余13922字）
