聚乳酸自然老化性能分析及汽車應(yīng)用評價

摘要:研究分析并論證生物基可降解的聚乳酸材料替代石油基工程塑料在汽車內(nèi)飾部件應(yīng)用的可行性。通過1年的自然環(huán)境濕熱老化試驗,驗證了聚乳酸材料的耐水解和耐候性,證實聚乳酸可以滿足汽車內(nèi)飾部件的長周期使用要求。通過對量產(chǎn)車型的頂燈殼體進(jìn)行試模和性能測試,證實聚乳酸材料可以滿足汽車內(nèi)飾部件的設(shè)計開發(fā)要求。

Natural Aging Performance Analysis and Automotive Application Evaluation of Polylactic Acid (PLA)

Abstract: This paper studied and demonstrated feasibility of bio-based and degradable Polylactic Acid (PLA) as a substitute of petroleum-based engineering plastics in the fabrication of automotive interior parts. Through 1 year-damp-heat aging test, PLA demonstrated sufficient hydrolysis resistance and weather resistance, meeting the long-time service requirements of automotive interior parts. Through molding and performance verification as a ceiling lamp shell, PLA was also confirmed to be suitable in automotive interior part design and development.
