氣管內(nèi)超聲引導(dǎo)縱隔腫瘤激光多點(diǎn)消融操作流程

摘要：由于縱隔解剖位置復(fù)雜，重要臟器較多，縱隔腫瘤的治療一直是臨床難點(diǎn)。相比傳統(tǒng)局部治療，氣道內(nèi)超聲引導(dǎo)縱隔腫瘤激光多點(diǎn)消融具有較多優(yōu)勢(shì)，包括消融范圍及效果可實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、避免損傷正常組織、不良反應(yīng)少、耐受性好等。該文闡述了氣管內(nèi)超聲引導(dǎo)縱隔腫瘤激光多點(diǎn)消融的操作流程。

Abstract： The treatment of mediastinal tumor has always been a clinical difficulty due to its complex anatomical location and many important organs. Compared with traditional local treatment， endobronchial ultrasound guided laser multi-point ablation of mediastinal tumors has many advantages， including real-time monitoring of ablation range and effect， avoidance of damage to normal tissue and organs， few side effects and good tolerance. This article describes the standard operating procedure for endobronchial ultrasound guided laser multi-point ablation of mediastinal tumors.

縱隔腫物是一組具有異質(zhì)性組織類型的疾病，其中良性病變包括結(jié)核、結(jié)節(jié)病、淋巴結(jié)炎癥、先天性/后天性囊腫等疾病所致縱隔病變，惡性病變包括原發(fā)及轉(zhuǎn)移性縱隔腫瘤。（剩余4690字）
