急診科醫(yī)護人員安寧療護培訓的研究進展

摘要：介紹目前國內外急診科醫(yī)護人員安寧療護培訓的相關研究，重點對培訓內容、培訓方法及評價形式進行總結，提出對中國急診科醫(yī)護人員開展安寧療護培訓的啟示，為構建本土化的急診科安寧療護培訓課程提供參考。

Advances on hospice care training for medical workers of emergency department

Abstract： This paper introduces the relevant research developments on hospice training for emergency medical workers both domestically and internationally， focusing on the summary of the training content， training methods and evaluation forms， puts for forward some suggestions for conducting hospice training for medical workers on  emergency department in China， and provides reference for the construction of training courses for localized emergency department in medical workers on hospice.

安寧療護是為疾病終末期患者在臨終前通過控制不適癥狀，提供身體、心理、精神等方面的照護和人文關懷等服務，幫助患者舒適、尊嚴離世［1］。（剩余11659字）
