"《中國應用語言學（英文）》原名為《中國英語教學》，是目前國內(nèi)唯一一本全英文的外語教學研究類學術(shù)期刊，本刊于1978年由英國大使館文化教育處作為交流刊物創(chuàng)辦。自1997年起本刊由北京外國語大學主辦，外語教學與研究出版出版發(fā)行。主要欄目包括教學法、二語習得、語言測試與評估、課程設(shè)計與教材評估、教師發(fā)展、語言政策、跨文化交際、專門用途英語教學、計算機輔助外語教學、翻譯、詞典學、書評與文評等。期刊連續(xù)多年榮獲“中國最具國際影響力學術(shù)期刊“，2022年度中國人文社會科學期刊AMI綜合評價外文核心期刊。 The Chinese Journal of Applied Linguistics (CJAL) (formerly known as Teaching English in China – CELEA Journal) was created in 1978 as a newsletter by the British Council, Beijing. It is the affiliated journal of the China English Language Education Association (founded in 1981 and now the Chinese affiliate of AILA [International Association of Applied Linguistics]). The Chinese Journal of Applied Linguistics is the only English language teaching (ELT) journal in China that is published in English, serving as a window to Chinese reform on ELT for professionals in China and around the world. The journal is internationally focused, fully refereed, and its articles address a wide variety of topics in Chinese applied linguistics which include – but also reach beyond – the topics of language education and second language acquisition. Beginning with volume 34 in 2011, the journal is now co-published by De Gruyter Mouton, the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP), and the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy."
