[摘 要]目的 探討心理干預(yù)措施對(duì)青少年正畸患者心理狀態(tài)的影響。方法 選取2021年6月-2023年8月于我院接受正畸治療的40例青少年患者作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和干預(yù)組,每組20例。對(duì)照組不予以心理干預(yù),干預(yù)組予以心理干預(yù),比較兩組心理健康狀況、依從性及負(fù)性情緒。結(jié)果 干預(yù)組認(rèn)知、情緒、個(gè)性、意志行為評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);干預(yù)組積極主動(dòng)性、為人處世及自律性評(píng)分及總分高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);干預(yù)組SAS、SDS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組(P

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Psychological State of Adolescent Orthodontic Patients

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the psychological state of adolescent orthodontic patients. Methods From June 2021 to August 2023, 40 adolescent patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and intervention group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was not given psychological intervention, and the intervention group was given psychological intervention. The mental health status, compliance and negative emotion were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of cognition, emotion, personality and will behavior in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The scores of initiative, self-discipline and self-discipline in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05).
