米諾環(huán)素聯(lián)合強(qiáng)脈沖光治療玫瑰痤瘡的效果

【摘 要】目的 分析米諾環(huán)素聯(lián)合強(qiáng)脈沖光用于治療玫瑰痤瘡的臨床效果。方法 選取洋縣中醫(yī)醫(yī)院2019年7月-2022年7月收治的80例玫瑰痤瘡患者，隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組，每組40例。對照組單用米諾環(huán)素，觀察組聯(lián)合強(qiáng)脈沖光，比較兩組皮損情況和生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 兩組治療后毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張、紅斑、瘙癢和丘疹評分均低于治療前，且觀察組低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Effect of Minocycline Combined with Intensive Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Rosacea

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the efficacy of minocycline combined with intensive pulsed light in the treatment of rosacea. Methods A total of 80 patients with rosacea admitted to Yang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with minocycline alone， and the observation group was combined with intensive pulsed light. The skin lesions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the scores of telangiectasia， erythema， pruritus and papules in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P
