腹腔鏡手術(shù)在異位妊娠患者中的應(yīng)用效果及對(duì)患者傷口美觀性的影響

【摘 要】目的 探究腹腔鏡手術(shù)在異位妊娠患者中的應(yīng)用效果及對(duì)患者傷口美觀性的影響。方法 選取2022年1月-11月于我院就診的60例異位妊娠患者作為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)手術(shù)方式不同分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各30例。對(duì)照組行開腹手術(shù)，觀察組行腹腔鏡手術(shù)，比較兩組疼痛情況、瘢痕寬度及厚度以及傷口美容效果。結(jié)果 觀察組術(shù)后3 d VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with ectopic pregnancy and its effect on the wound aesthetics. Methods A total of 60 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January to November 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different surgical methods， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 30 patients in each group. The control group underwent laparotomy， and the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery. The pain， scar width and thickness and cosmetic effect of the two groups were compared.
