口腔結(jié)外NK/T細(xì)胞淋巴瘤鼻型的診療進(jìn)展

【摘 要】結(jié)外NK/T細(xì)胞淋巴瘤鼻型（ENKTL）屬于非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL），惡性程度高、發(fā)病率低、預(yù)后差，好發(fā)于鼻腔、口腔等面中線部位。本文對該病的名稱演變、臨床特點及輔助檢查、發(fā)病機(jī)制以及其與口腔疾病的鑒別診斷及治療作一綜述，以期為ENKTL的臨床診療提供參考。

Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Nasal Type of Oral Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma

【Abstract】Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma nasal type （ENKTL） belongs to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma （NHL）， with high malignancy， low incidence and poor prognosis. In this article， the name evolution， clinical characteristics and auxiliary examination， pathogenesis， differential diagnosis and treatment of ENKTL and oral diseases were reviewed in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ENKTL.
