心理護(hù)理在中重度尋常型痤瘡患者中的應(yīng)用效果

【摘 要】目的 探討心理護(hù)理在中重度尋常型痤瘡患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2021年2月-2022年4月我院收治的82例面部中重度尋常型痤瘡患者為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組41例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)治療及基礎(chǔ)面部護(hù)理，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予心理護(hù)理，比較兩組生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 兩組護(hù)理后心理、生理、日常生活、社交娛樂、穿戴、工作學(xué)習(xí)、運(yùn)動(dòng)、性生活、家庭關(guān)系及經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)評(píng)分均低于護(hù)理前，且觀察組低于對(duì)照組（P

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Moderate to Severe Acne Vulgaris

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 82 patients with moderate to severe facial acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and basic facial nursing. The observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The quality of life of the two groups was compared. Results The scores of psychology， physiology， daily life， social entertainment， wearing， work and study， exercise， sexual life， family relationship and economic burden in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing， and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P
