免疫檢查點(diǎn)阻斷轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究進(jìn)展

摘 要 本文以抗腫瘤免疫反應(yīng)相關(guān)的樹突狀細(xì)胞、耗竭CD8+ T細(xì)胞和調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞為例，概要介紹免疫檢查點(diǎn)阻斷相關(guān)的轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究進(jìn)展，以期為臨床更有效地開展腫瘤免疫治療提供參考。

Research progress in translational medicine of immune checkpoint blockade

ABSTRACT The research progress in translational medicine of immune checkpoint blockade is briefly introduced by taking dendritic cells， exhausted CD8+ T cells and regulatory T cells associated with anti-tumor immune responses as examples so as to provide reference for more effective tumor immunotherapy in clinic.

阻斷T細(xì)胞免疫檢查點(diǎn)通路是腫瘤治療策略之一，但現(xiàn)僅小部分患者能自此類免疫治療中獲益，相關(guān)藥物主要包括細(xì)胞毒性T淋巴細(xì)胞相關(guān)抗原-4（cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4， CTLA-4）、程序性細(xì)胞死亡受體-1（programmed cell death-1， PD-1）和程序性細(xì)胞死亡受體配體1（programmed cell death-ligand 1， PD-L1）抑制劑等。（剩余10723字）
