小細(xì)胞肺癌合并低鈉血癥1例病例匯報(bào)及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)

摘 要 目的：探討小細(xì)胞肺癌發(fā)生低鈉血癥的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)生機(jī)制和治療措施。方法：回顧分析1例低鈉血癥合并小細(xì)胞肺癌患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果：本例患者因肺癌1年余伴咳嗽咯痰、乏力3 d入院，予對(duì)癥治療后好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論：掌握低鈉血癥合并小細(xì)胞肺癌的臨床特點(diǎn)，針對(duì)病因糾正低鈉血癥，從而改善肺癌患者的預(yù)后。

A case report of small cell lung cancer with hyponatremia and review of related literature

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the characteristics， mechanism and treatment of hyponatremia in small cell lung cancer. Methods： The clinical data from a patient with hyponatremia and small cell lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results： This patient was admitted to the hospital due to suffering from lung cancer for more than 1 year， cough， expectoration， and fatigue for 3 days and his conditions were improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion： The prognosis of the patient can be improved by mastering the clinical characteristics of hyponatremia combined with small cell lung cancer and correcting hyponatremia according to the cause.

小細(xì)胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer，SCLC）是一種預(yù)后嚴(yán)重不良的惡性腫瘤，發(fā)現(xiàn)時(shí)多為晚期，因此早期診斷和治療是患者生存和預(yù)后的關(guān)鍵[1]。（剩余8258字）
