摘 要 目的：研究同型半胱氨酸、鐵蛋白、25-羥基維生素D三者聯(lián)合檢測與腫瘤發(fā)生之間的相關(guān)性和臨床價值。方法：將50例惡性腫瘤患者作為觀察組，50例正常健康體檢者作為對照組，檢測所有研究對象血清中同型半胱氨酸、鐵蛋白、25-羥基維生素D水平。結(jié)果：觀察組同型半胱氨酸、鐵蛋白水平高于對照組，25-羥基維生素D水平低于對照組（P

Study on the relationship between the levels of homocysteine， ferritin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D and tumorigenesis

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the correlation and clinical value between the levels of homocysteine， ferritin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D and tumorigenesis. Methods： Fifty patients with malignant tumors were selected as an observation group and 50 healthy subjects were selected as a control group. The serum levels of homocysteine， ferritin and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in all subjects were determined by HPLC.
