某建筑火災(zāi)后結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定及加固處理問題分析

摘 要:近年來,全國城鎮(zhèn)建筑數(shù)量不斷增多,建筑類火災(zāi)比重逐年提高。建筑火災(zāi)會對人的生命、財產(chǎn)安全等構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅。該文以某建筑火災(zāi)后結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定及加固處理為例,分析當(dāng)房屋遭受火災(zāi)后,對建筑結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件及材料功能都會有一定的損害,會導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)承載力下降,因而需要對火災(zāi)后的建筑進(jìn)行災(zāi)后檢測及加固處理。

Abstract: In recent years, the number of urban buildings in China is increasing, and the proportion of building fires is increasing year by year. Building fire will pose a serious threat to human life and property safety. This paper takes the structural identification and reinforcement treatment of a building after a fire as an example to analyze that when the building suffers a fire, it will have certain damage to the building structural components and material functions, which will lead to the decline of the structural bearing capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out post-disaster detection and reinforcement treatment of the building after a fire.

火災(zāi)是建筑物使用過程中影響結(jié)構(gòu)安全的重要因素之一,火災(zāi)后建筑物的裝修材料通常會受到高溫破壞,而建筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件通常表面混凝土?xí)谝欢ǔ潭壬显獾狡茐?,常見的有混凝土保護(hù)層疏松或破裂,如遇嚴(yán)重的火災(zāi),混凝土構(gòu)件的鋼筋也會遭受到損傷,往往會導(dǎo)致鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的耐久性和承載力降低,火災(zāi)后建筑物存在結(jié)構(gòu)安全隱患。(剩余5083字)
