國(guó)內(nèi)首臺(tái)25 MW中溫次高壓再熱垃圾發(fā)電汽輪機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:為適應(yīng)垃圾焚燒發(fā)電技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性提升需求,設(shè)計(jì)25 MW中溫次高壓再熱汽輪機(jī)。該機(jī)組為國(guó)內(nèi)第一臺(tái)垃圾發(fā)電再熱機(jī)組,采用母管制單缸再熱、高轉(zhuǎn)速、沖反結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì),具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運(yùn)行靈活、經(jīng)濟(jì)性高的特點(diǎn),該機(jī)組的成功投運(yùn)對(duì)小型再熱汽輪機(jī)技術(shù)及垃圾發(fā)電行業(yè)均有較高的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract: In order to meet the demand of improving the technical and economic efficiency of waste incineration power generation, a 25 MW medium-temperature sub-high pressure reheat steam turbine is designed. This unit is the first domestic waste power generation reheat unit, which adopts the combination design of header single-cylinder reheat, high speed, and impulse and reverse, and has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible operation, and high economic efficiency. The successful operation of this unit has a high guiding significance for the small reheat steam turbine technology and waste power generation industry.
