摘  要：在鉗工維修裝配專業(yè)的學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)，需要使用M1040型無(wú)心磨床，因其生產(chǎn)性質(zhì)決定機(jī)床必須高效率、高精度地工作，所以如何降低無(wú)心磨床的故障率和提高其維修精度成了機(jī)修工作的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)，該文針對(duì)M1040型無(wú)心磨床故障和磨削質(zhì)量缺陷分析及其對(duì)策作粗淺闡述。

Abstract： When students majoring in fitter maintenance and assembly practice， they need to use M1040 centerless grinder， and its production nature determines that the machine tool must work with high efficiency and high precision. Therefore， how to reduce the failure rate of centerless grinder and improve its maintenance accuracy has become the focus and difficulty of machine repair work. This paper briefly expounds the analysis and countermeasures of M1040 centerless grinder failure and grinding quality defects.
