長期發(fā)熱誤診誤治4例臨床分析

【摘要】目的：探討長期發(fā)熱的診療分析。方法：回顧性分析4例長期發(fā)熱診治過程。結(jié)果：長期發(fā)熱診療思路的局限，診療存在的共性問題。結(jié)論：長期發(fā)熱常是臨床診斷的難點，容易誤診誤治。了解兒童長期發(fā)熱主要病因，可針對性地進行臨床排查和確診。

【Abstract】Objective：Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of long-term fever.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of4 cases of long-term fever.Results：The limitations of long-term fever diagnosis and treatment，and the common problems in diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion：Long term fever is often the difficulty of clinical diagnosis，which is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated.To understand the main causes of children’s long-term fever，and conduct targeted clinical screening and diagnosis.
