【摘要】目的：研究在足月妊娠產(chǎn)婦促宮頸成熟中實(shí)施水囊引產(chǎn)的作用。方法：選取我院2020年1月—2022年1月納入的100例足月妊娠孕婦，按隨機(jī)排列表法分為每組50例，對(duì)照組使用靜脈滴注縮宮素進(jìn)行引產(chǎn)，研究組采用縮宮素聯(lián)合水囊引產(chǎn)，觀察兩組的應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果：就醫(yī)治效果而言，研究組的總有效率為96.00%顯著高于對(duì)照組的78.00%（P0.05）；引產(chǎn)后（24h），研究組的宮頸Bishop評(píng)分較對(duì)照組明顯升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of induced labor with water sac on the promotion of cervical ripeness for full-term pregnant women. Methods： 100 full-term pregnant women included in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to random permutation method，they were assigned to control group （n=50，intravenous drip of oxytocin） and study group （n=50，intravenous drip of oxytocin and induced labor with water sac）.The application effects of the two groups were probed.
