阿爾茨海默病發(fā)病機制的研究進展
[摘 要] 隨著我國人口老齡化問題的日趨嚴(yán)重,與衰老密切相關(guān)的老年癡呆人數(shù)也不斷增長,阿爾茨海默?。ˋD)是引起老年癡呆最常見的病因,對患者及家庭造成了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟和精神負(fù)擔(dān),因此對于腦衰老及AD的研究已經(jīng)成為迫切需求。本文就近年來AD的發(fā)病機制進行綜述,為腦衰老造成的神經(jīng)退行性AD等疾病提供參考。

[Abstract] With Chinas aging population on the rise, the incidence of senile dementia, particularly neurodegenerative diseases Alzheimers disease (AD), is also increasing, leading to significant economic and emotional burdens for patients and their families.Consequently, research on brain senescence and AD has become imperative.This review delves into recent advancements in understanding the pathogenesis of AD, offering crucial insights into the neurodegenerative processes associated with brain senescence and informing strategies for managing and treating AD and related conditions.
