遠程心電人工智能技術在急性冠脈綜合征診療中的應用進展
[摘要] 近年來,遠程心電監(jiān)測與人工智能技術相結合,極大地輔助了心血管疾病的診療,并顯示出極其廣闊的發(fā)展前景。本文概述了遠程心電人工智能技術在急性冠脈綜合征的智能診斷、分級診療、預后評估及個體化管理等方面的應用進展,以及在此基礎上我國逐步構建完善的心臟主動健康智能管理體系。

[Abstract] In recent years, the combination of remote ECG monitoring and artificial intelligence (AI) technology has greatly assisted the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and shows extremely broad development prospect. This paper summarizes the progress in the application of AI-based remote ECG monitoring technology in the intelligent diagnosis, hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, prognosis evaluation, and individualized management of acute coronary syndrome. It also introduces the active health intelligent management system of the heart which has been constructed and gradually improved in China on this basis.

心血管疾病是全球范圍內導致死亡的最常見原因,其中,急性冠脈綜合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)和嚴重心律失常最值得關注,因其發(fā)生突然、難以預測,更亟須建立完備的監(jiān)測、識別、診療和管理體系。(剩余12421字)
