鍋爐系統(tǒng)效率及其在運(yùn)行優(yōu)化中的運(yùn)用

[摘 要]在討論了鍋爐傳統(tǒng)效率定義的基礎(chǔ)上,文章給出考慮鍋爐側(cè)相關(guān)廠用電率的鍋爐系統(tǒng)效率的定義,比較了兩個(gè)定義在本質(zhì)上的差異;結(jié)合實(shí)際鍋爐運(yùn)行優(yōu)化案例對(duì)鍋爐系統(tǒng)效率的運(yùn)用作出說明,實(shí)例指出相較于傳統(tǒng)的鍋爐效率的定義,在鍋爐運(yùn)行優(yōu)化上運(yùn)用鍋爐系統(tǒng)效率比傳統(tǒng)鍋爐效率更為全面、準(zhǔn)確。

Boiler System Efficiency and Its Application in Operation Optimization

[Abstract]Based on the discussion of the traditional definition of boiler efficiency, this paper gives the definition of boiler system efficiency considering the relevant auxiliary power rate on the boiler side, and compares the essential differences between the two definitions; Combined with the actual boiler operation optimization case, this paper explains the application of boiler system efficiency. The example points out that compared with the traditional definition of boiler efficiency, the application of boiler system efficiency in boiler operation optimization is more comprehensive and accurate than the traditional boiler efficiency.
