[摘 要]以金橋城市副中心金鼎天地為例，針對(duì)區(qū)域開發(fā)構(gòu)建模型，探討了在高效開發(fā)階段合理運(yùn)用電力資源的有效方法，追求運(yùn)營(yíng)階段的電力規(guī)劃以及節(jié)能開發(fā)優(yōu)良結(jié)果，最大限度地強(qiáng)化本區(qū)域可再生能源的開發(fā)利用，滿足供電方式多樣化發(fā)展要求，滿足安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、清潔、可持續(xù)電力供應(yīng)要求。

[Abstract]This article takes Jinqiao City Sub-center Jinding Tiandi as an example， specifically constructs a model for regional development， discusses effective methods for rational use of power resources in the efficient development phase， pursues power planning in the operation phase and excellent results of energy-saving development， and maximizes the strengthening of the region The development and utilization of renewable energy meets the diversified development requirements of power supply methods， and meets the requirements of safe， economic， clean and sustainable power supply.
