經(jīng)導(dǎo)管主動(dòng)脈瓣置換術(shù)后冠狀動(dòng)脈阻塞的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】冠狀動(dòng)脈阻塞是經(jīng)導(dǎo)管主動(dòng)脈瓣置換術(shù)后一種罕見且預(yù)后極差的并發(fā)癥，提高對這類并發(fā)癥的早期識(shí)別、積極預(yù)防和及時(shí)治療對減少該并發(fā)癥的不良后果具有重要意義?，F(xiàn)在綜合現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)經(jīng)導(dǎo)管主動(dòng)脈瓣置換術(shù)后冠狀動(dòng)脈阻塞發(fā)生原因、發(fā)生率、危險(xiǎn)因素、預(yù)防、治療措施和預(yù)后的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展。
